Black Forest Cake

This black forest cake is made of chocolate chiffon layers together with fresh and canned cherries. The cake is also dressed with chocolate bark, light whipped cream and garnished with finely chopped chocolate to give it its signature look.

Made suitable for local taste, across cultures and age groups, this black forest cake contains no alcohol.

Suited for beginner to intermediate bakers, you will prepare the cake from scratch, whip the cream and assemble the cake. Making this cake is extra fun as you get to work with melted chocolate to build your chocolate bark.

Please note that if fresh cherries are not in season, it will be substituted with maraschino cherries.
